About

I'm a third-year medical student at Georgetown University, originally from Kunming, China. I have a strong interest in digital health, Al, and cardiology. I studied biomedical engineering at Purdue and spent my gap years conducting clinical research at both Duke Clinical Research Institute and Johns Hopkins. During that time, I also co-founded two startups. As an international student myself, I'm passionate about supporting others navigating the challenges of medical training in the U.S. whether it's finding research opportunities, planning career paths, or navigating the application process.
During my gap years, I earned a master's degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins and conducted clinical research there as well. I also worked as a biostatistician and served as a liaison between the engineering and clinical teams at the Johns Hopkins Digital Health Innovation Lab. In parallel, I co-founded two startups-one in retail and the other in climate tech-and stayed actively involved in the regional entrepreneurship community.
