Shivesh Shourya is an incoming medical student at Duke University and a recent MPH graduate from the Yale School of Public Health, where he specialized in Social and Behavioral Sciences. His work sits at the intersection of harm reduction, LGBTQ+ health, implementation science, and structural health equity. With over five years of experience spanning academic research, clinical trials, and grassroots health justice, Shivesh has contributed to projects on PrEP access, HIV care delivery, inclusive housing models, dementia caregiving, and stigma in HIV prevention.

His research has been featured at national conferences such as APHA and published in peer-reviewed journals including JMIR, JANAC, and AIDS Education and Prevention. Holding a Bachelor's in Science from UCLA, Shivesh also brings clinical coordination experience from institutions like Columbia University, UCLA Health, and NewYork-Presbyterian. He is particularly focused on implementation science approaches to quality improvement in pediatric and LGBTQ+ health care.
