About
My name is Sara, and I'm an OMS-2 at a DO school here in the US. Getting into medical school as a foreigner is an uphill battle and it can be incredibly stressful and frustrating. I wish I had a mentor when I was an undergraduate, so that's why I'm applying to be one now. Good mentors are the foundation for success. Please know that you are not alone! We have all been where you are now. Feel free to ask me questions about the MCAT, applications, research, work, or unique considerations for F1 students in medical school.
I did research in a biochemistry lab for two years during my gap years. I also spent some time with family and friends, went to concerts, and just had a great time!
