Lan is a pediatrics resident at the Children's Hospital of Montefiore. She graduated in 2021 from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame (Go Irish!!!). In medical school, Lan was very involved in clinical research and had a publication as a first author. In addition, Lan was the president of Ultrasound Student Interest Group and taught several ultrasound sessions to her fellow medical students. She was selected as a member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society, which honors senior medical students for excellence in clinical care, leadership, compassion, and dedication to service.
