Greetings! My name is Araba and I come from Ghana. I graduated in May 2023 with my bachelor's from the University of Oklahoma, and currently attend the William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
When I moved to the United States to pursue my dream of becoming a physician, I did not know what to expect and didn't even realize that I would most likely have to earn my first degree, get through the MCAT, and actually get accepted into medical school.
I was completely lost and wished so deeply to find people like me who I could look up to and seek guidance from throughout my premed journey.
Now that I have made it through to the other side, I simply wish to give back and help others navigate this premed process and realize their dreams of becoming a physician.
