Aisha was born and raised in Jamaica, West Indies. She grew up in the Bronx, NY. She earned her BS in Integrative Neuroscience at Binghamton University. During her undergraduate years, she was involved in multiple public health activities for her college community, her favorite topics were mental health and fitness. She nurtured her love of public health by serving the local Grenadian community while earning her MD from St. George’s University School of Medicine. During medical school she discovered new passions in global health and women’s health. Her aspiration is to serve as a full-spectrum primary care sports medicine family physician who provides affordable health care to underrepresented communities locally in the states and abroad.
