Aisosa is a Nigerian M1 at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. She received her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from the University of Maryland, College Park. At UMD, she was a mentor for fourth graders through America Reads America Counts and a mentor for freshmen in biochemistry. She also volunteered with non-profits that worked with underserved communities like a Wider Circle, the International Rescue Committee, and Terps for Change. She is passionate about kids health and development and worked as a research assistant studying mirror neurons and their role in children's development. Aisosa is passionate about helping international students like herself navigate medical school admissions.
